We Only Age In Time

The reason humans age is that they are locked into a time base reality. To live in time requires an incredible amount of energy and a huge part of our brain's processing power.

Anything outside of the now present moment is a fiction, an image or idea of something that once happened or something that may happen. Our interaction with what is actually real, which can only be what is happening now, is distorted by our attempts to maintain our own particular fiction. We resist anything which does not match our version of our fictional reality and attempt to shape the present into the future we believe confirms our story.

Anyone who has told a lie knows how much energy it takes to perpetuate that lie. The truth is much easier, needing no defending and always able to speak for itself. In fact reality nourishes truth, sustains truth, energises truth. The reason we age is that we are all liars, not intentionally, not maliciously, but simply by our existence in a time based reality which is based in fiction, a lie. We are not our story, we are not our behaviours or any other identifiers. The one constant in our lives is that which observes, that eternal 'me' witnessing the story. We are the awareness not what it is aware of.

To surrender to the now present moment and relinquish our personal story moves us out of the suffocating grip of time plugging us into the eternal, where limitless energy fuels a world free of resistance.

We only age in time.
