Brexit ... a slideshow
Thank goodness for the football!
Just as the World seems to be changing beyond recognition, England get knocked out of another tournament in disgrace and Germany win a penalty shoot out. At least the footballers are doing their piece in maintaining the status quo.
Bread and circuses. Nothing to be seen here. Move along quietly please. Business as usual.
However, this appears not to be the case at the moment. Something is stirring. Whether it is an anti-establishment vote like Brexit or the rise of a vulgar populism as championed by cartoon characters like Trump and Farage daring to challenge the obscene and obvious criminality of the incumbents now represented by the Clintons and the Junkers, it would seem people are a little pissed off.
I have found it fascinating to watch how intense the collective emotion has become over the Brexit issue. The days after the vote saw an emotional reaction which almost reminded me of the death of Diana. Regret, grief, blame, hostility, anger.
I don't claim to know whether Brexit is a good thing or a bad thing. What I would say is that events such as Brexit are now inevitable. I believe Brexit will soon be seen as a sideshow in a much bigger shift occurring globally and even universally. The systems which have brought us to this place should be judged as neither good nor bad, they are simply becoming redundant
The political, economic and societal structures which were founded upon lack and comparative advantage are already in terminal decline. It is easy to assume that such a decline will create violence, struggle and dislocation as populations fight for survival and a sense of security. But that assumption is based in itself upon a more fundamental and increasingly flimsy assumption, and that assumption is that resources are limited.
The new science and the consciousness from which it emerges challenges the assumption of lack, and within a truly abundant society where is the need for violence, struggle and dislocation? To argue that human nature is fundamentally violentis to fail to make the shift in consciousness which invites the technology, and a cursory look suggests that most violence in the world is concentrated in the hands of those most wedded to the idea of lac (governments), and who are perversely those with the most.
Brexit, as I suggested, is a sideshow, a domino in a much larger movement away from the consciousness of lack. The more we are able to detach from the (largely engineered) emotion floating in the collective and abide with our own sovereignty the smoother will be the transition to the next stage of our evolution. The Michael Persinger lecture No More Secrets explains how our ability to connect telepathicallyis much greater when there is little or no disturbance in the earth's magnetic field. Collective emotional outbursts are good at disturbing the field and result in disconnection.
Stay stable, stay sovereign and don't get caught up in the noise.
Good times are coming.
With LOVE
Bill
