The Language of Love
Greek debt. Constant state of war in so much of the world. Wealth inequality. Pollution. Governmental corruption. Corporatism. Child abuse. Obesity. Starvation.
None of these are problems. They are simply an expression of a state of consciousness. The only way to experience an absence of these expressions is to choose a different level of consciousness
Humanity, for whatever reason, is currently bound in a consciousness of limitation and the motivation driving the choices of the vast majority is survival. For those operating at the level of survival consciousness violence is natural, war is inevitable and suffering is part of the game.
It is easy to recognise the underlying intelligence of this level of consciousness. It will dismiss any alternative as impossible as it "goes against human nature". This reflects the victim hood inherent in its foundationalbeliefs and creates a self fulfilling reality of suffering which even the "successful" within the system "enjoy".
The science emerging from this level of intelligence has us believe that we are victims of our genes destined to battle a hostile environment which has to be tamed and controlled. Our economics has scarcity as its base line assumption. Even our relationships are conditional...I will love you if you meet the following conditions, often sworn in front of God and legally binding! Relationships are necessarily conditional at this level of intelligence because even love is perceived to be scarce.
Love at this level of consciousness is a misappropriation of a word that resides in a much higher force that would be impossible to squeeze into the jar of limitation which survival consciousness represents. A love which can be withdrawn, withheld or used as a bargaining chip bears no resemblance to the LOVE which is informing the emerging consciousness. (I capitalise that word so as to differentiate it from the survival version.)
The hallmark of survival consciousness is the absence of LOVE, and indeed survival consciousness cannot surface in the presence of LOVE. We have all felt that LOVE at some stage in our life but at those times we have been liberated from the motivation of survival, and are by definition operating at a different level of consciousness.
To seek LOVE as a resolution of perceived problems is to lock yourself into the consciousness of problems. To be LOVE is to starve the problems of the energy of fear which sustain them.
Even as I attempt to express this my mind rebels at this notion, urging me to "get real", "face up to reality", "stop dreaming", for my mind, like all others, thinks it needs problems to survive.
For those tasked with embodying the new consciousness, whose motivation is to be the LOVE that they are, it can feel a confusing place, dispiriting at times, but inevitable in its emergence.

There is confusion as to why humans function the way they do and especially why there seems to be an absence of love, appreciation, acceptance, compassion and other expressions of heightened consciousness....this is why the children (and maybe you too) find the human condition so perplexing.
